Saddle Fitting Registration

Cancellations must be received by head office 7 business days before the start of the Saddle Fit Technician's (SFT's) travel departure date to your area AND an administrative fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund to the same credit card initially used. Please note the 7 day notification period may not necessarily be from the actual day of your scheduled appointment; it refers to the 7 days prior to the SFT's travel start date from head office. If we have not received your cancellation notice within this agreed-upon timeframe, your credit card "Evaluation" charge of $179.00 is non-refundable. NOTE:
